Deposits & Payment
- 50% of the rental total is due at booking to reserve your event date.
- Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Important Notes
- Rental time includes setup, event time and cleanup unless otherwise approved in writing.
- Alcohol service may require a licensed bartender and must follow all applicable laws.
- No glitter, confetti, open flames, nails, screws, staples or damaging adhesives.
- Rates do not include outside vendors, catering, florals, linens, specialty rentals or event insurance unless specifically stated.
- Final pricing may vary based on date, time, guest count, layout, vendor needs and event scope.
